I had the "designer's choice" bouqet delivered to my girlfriend at her office for Valentine's Day. The arrangement arrived around 9 AM and in beautiful condition. The pricing was fair and Florals by Stephany was responsive, not only replying quickly to a direct message I sent but also sending a notification that the flowers were out for delivery this morning.

Stephany provided absolutely stunning flowers for me at the 11th hour! I could not be more pleased with her attitude, knowledge, level of service, turnaround time and the quality of product. As you can see from the picture, they were colorful and tasteful. I hope my work colleague could feel the love being sent to her from NC on the unexpected death of her father. Stephany definitely went above and beyond to fulfill my request. Thank you! Thank you! I highly recommend Florals by Stephany if you are in Indianapolis or far away. 5+ Stars!

If I could give Stephany 10 stars I would! I called her midmorning for a same day delivery request. Her warm and calm demeanor on the phone in the midst of my very specific “rush order” which she took while she was driving (!) was an excellent first impression! Stephany then created the most exquisite bouquet that was EXACTLY what I had requested and more! But then Stephany went ABOVE and BEYOND. When my friend wasn’t at home to receive the bouquet Stephany rang on neighbor’s doorbells to see if any one would be willing to hold them for my friend until she returns. Not only is Stephany such a talented floral designer she offers a quality of customer service you just don’t encounter anymore. Do not hesitate. And just look at this gorgeous bouquet!

These folks are amazing! I live out of town and my mother was in the hospital nearby. Not knowing much about flowers, I just called and told them my preferred price point and they took it from there. Made a beautiful bouquet and hand delivered it to mom in her room!!! They gave me a text with pictures letting me know that it was delivered and that my mom was in good spirits. If I ever have the opportunity to use their services again I will and you should too!!

So glad I found Stephany for my small wedding with only 4 months planning! She was always very responsive to emails and worked with my requests and budget. I really wanted to have some Calla lilies for my bouquet (hello, last name!) and she really did well. I also loved the flower clip for my hair! I was so happy to have met her in person when she delivered and set up the arch flowers. The photos don't do justice but we loved everything. Thank you so much, Stephany! I hope to send along some more referrals!!
